Les cookies parfaits de Laura Todd
Ingrédients pour 15 cookies:
- 125g de beurre
- 175g de cassonade
- 185g de farine
- 170g de pépites de chocolat
- ½ œuf
Préchauffer le four à 130°C.
Mélanger le sucre et le beurre ramolli. Ajouter l'œuf, bien mélanger. En une seule fois, verser les pépites de chocolat et la farine puis bien amalgamer. Dès absorption des deux mélanges, cesser de mélanger. Disposer de petites boules de pâte sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé en les aplatissant légèrement.
Enfourner 15 minutes, ils doivent sortir moelleux, juste cuits.

Ne connaissant pas les cookies cités en référence, je ne puis comparer, mais essayé cette recette hier avec ma puce de 4ans, et résultat : beaucoup trop sucrés, et très durs :( Nous avons bien respecté le temps de cuisson et les dosages, mais le four est un peu vieux... Peut être est il aussi en cause. Ce ne sont pas les cookies moelleux que nous espérions.
